We like to share our Congratulations to our Client Pak Buntoro and his project team for the Soft opening of Rita Supermall Purwokerto which is a Mixed Development of a 91564,55 sqm built up Shopping mall complex and 270 room key Swiss Bel Hotel above mall podium level.
It has a been a good 6years of tenacity towards the project and The result is of a good cooperation between several parties of contractor and Consultants involved such as PT Adhi Karya (Building Contractor) , PT Atelier Enam (Structural), PT Metakom Pranata (Mechanical & Electrical), etc, to build this project.
This 4 levels lifestyle mall situated in downtown of Central Java province of Purwokerto, is the new hit in town. Facade is laced with laminated glass in various blue tone emitting a calmness and freshness to the design. The entrance atrium of double height is embraced by a specially design glass canopy of spider fittings which is directly exposed to the street like a glowing lantern.
A lot of effort has been given to the landscape design where an entire level of Swimming pool deck, sky garden and entertainment outdoor deck are linked to each other just on the roof level of the mall. This will be the first in town to create such an architectural & landscape design component.
The newly built 3 levels basement carpark are already currently heavily in use. Crowd has been non stop since the soft opening. Some of the several tenants such as Banks UOB, BNI, Nestle and many more have already confirmed their footing in this foothold.
We look forward to the Grand Opening of RitaMall Purowokerto very soon.
