With Architects Vista Pte Ltd as project manager and architect, and Enviro Tec Indonesia as the interior designer, we were appointed by China Lodging Holdings Singapore Pte Ltd as the local Collaborator of the Shanghai based interior designer Vermillion Zhou Design Ggroup to remodel an 8-storey old hotel building, realizing the first flagship JI HOTEL outside China. Our scope of works covered drawing production, project monitoring and administration from inception stage through the construction till completion. The Eighty one – room Ji Hotel is located in the prominent retail district of Orchard Road in Singapore.
