Responsibilities:

  • To recruit good and intelligent employees for the company (from staff to managerial level)
  • To formulate, recommend and implement HR strategies, policies & activities that fair for both employees & the company
  • To analyze & facilitate training needs for employee development
  • To administer all employee benefit programs in conjunction with the company policies.
  • To provide councel and assistance to employee at all levels in accordance with the company’s policies
  • To conduct career planning & employee performance appraisal/review

Requirements:

 Gender : Female

Age : 35 – 42 years old

Education : Preferable from Psychology or HR Management

Experience background : Min. 3 years as HR Manager. Min. 7 years total in HR field.

Candidate characteristic : Mature, pay attention to details, display leadership qualities and behaviors, aability in motivating, having good interpersonal communication skill.

Special request : Fluent in written & spoken english, knowledgeable about laws & regulations, strong analytical thinking & skills for rationalizing business concepts.

 

Name of position – Finance & Accounting Manager

Level – Managerial

No of Subordinate : 3 – 5

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operations and procedures related to Finance & Accounting.
  • To monitor cash flow and budgeting from all departments.
  • Prepare financial statement and do monthly analysis about company financial condition.
  • Provide accurate and detail data for tax department.
  • To design finance & accounting policies in order to maximize the operational flow process.
  • Perform other job assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

  • S1 Accounting from reputable university with maximum age 40 years old.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Finance & Accounting area.
  • At least 5 years experience of supervising subordinates as Manager/Junior Manager level.
  • Familiar with SAP and other accounting program.
  • Strong analytical skill and ability to work with tight deadline.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Firm, accountable and good problem solving.
  • Hard-working, detail, fast, initiative and active.
  • Cooperative and have a good communication skill.

Good command in English.
