The design is to create an establish completely different characteristics to the old EN Restaurant. The project need to transform the property into a soft, warm, comfortable space. The client wanted to accentuate the cozy atmosphere and place special emphasis on authentic Okinawa cuisine. The main challenge was to highlight the spatial character of the restaurant and to find a way for the functions and the atmospheres of the dining room and the seating area to be cext to each other within the same entity
