Deriving its architectural inspiration from the iconic Balinese terraced paddy fields as the resort’s distinctive identity, the development conjures a mixture of landscape layers that embrace the natural environment. Planned with detailed discussion with the Balinese government, it has maintained an enhancement for the physical streetscape as well as pedestrian interactions.
The Beachwalk is primarily open with natural ventilations, arranged in soft-formed terraced plates that serve as viewing decks. The one-of- a-kind natural atmosphere is then enhanced with the presence of hanging vines and water channels while local and environmental friendly materials are incorporated with a rainwater collection and water recycling system.
